Our point of view

An AI decision is not permission to act.

Evidence comes before trust: in a cryptographic test, an intelligence assessment, a regulatory or certification finding, or an AI answer. That same principle drives our execution-assurance R&D: separate what an agent can propose from what it is authorised to do.

Core product portfolio

Four product domains.
Evidence by design.

Four product domains spanning cryptography, intelligence, regulatory and certification assurance, and sovereign AI. Each domain contains specialised products with its own maturity, deployment model and evaluation scope.

01 · Classical & post-quantumCommercial platform

Cryptographic
validation

Test classical, post-quantum and lightweight cryptography against reference implementations. ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA and Ascon-AEAD128 validation sit alongside randomness testing and supply-chain analysis, with structured, auditable results.

02 · OSINT & counter-FIMIOperational platform

Information
intelligence

Bring open-source collection, narrative analysis and fact-checking into one analyst workflow. Assess information manipulation, grade sources and produce traceable campaign reporting.

03 · NIS2 · CRA · Common Criteria / EUCCProduct family

Regulatory &
certification assurance

A coordinated assurance portfolio spanning NIS2 readiness, CRA product conformity and Common Criteria/EUCC evaluation support. SecuraCRA structures classification, Annex I gaps, Annex VII technical files, Annex V declarations and remediation. SecuraCC analyses Protection Profiles, Security Targets, certificates and assurance evidence. Automation supports expert decisions; it does not issue certification or legal conformity verdicts.

04 · Offline & air-gapped AIControlled evaluation

Sovereign
document AI

Document question-answering with local inference, source citations and evidence checks. Cybersecurity and cryptography workflows add deterministic analysis, grounded findings and expert review where high-assurance interpretation matters.

Complementary R&D · AI agent action control

Bind the approval
to the action.

Alongside our four core product lines, we are developing execution assurance for high-consequence actions. Its validated prototype binds authorisation to a specific action, target and version, with control enforced outside the AI model.

01 · DefineExact actionSpecify the target, operation and material parameters.
02 · ApproveAuthorityRequire eligible approvers and separation of duties.
03 · BindPermitIssue short-lived authorisation for this action and target.
04 · CheckSingle useConsume once. Reject altered requests and replay.
05 · RecordEvidencePreserve decisions and permit-consumption records.

Approval must not survive a changed action. A material change requires a new action version and fresh approval. Earlier decisions no longer authorise the changed request.

Validation scope. The core is a validated prototype. Production connectors are not yet available; end-to-end protected execution remains to be validated. Protection requires routed actions, a non-bypassable enforcement path and trusted authorisation components. It does not determine intent or make an approved action inherently safe.

Product engineering

Four disciplines.
Evidence at the core.

Our products address different operating needs. Their common principle is to make the result inspectable: the cryptographic test, the intelligence assessment, the assurance finding and the AI answer.

01

Verify the cryptography

ACVP-style test vectors, reference checks and structured results support classical and post-quantum implementation review. Randomness testing and software bills of materials add context. Unsupported algorithm families are reported explicitly; testing is not NIST or FIPS certification.

02

Assess the information environment

OSINT collection, propaganda and narrative analysis, fact-checking and source grading support campaign assessments. Counter-FIMI workflows connect evidence to analyst reporting rather than presenting an unqualified AI verdict.

03

Connect regulation to assurance

NIS2 readiness, CRA conformity and Common Criteria/EUCC assurance are handled through specialised product paths. SecuraCRA covers classification, Annex I gaps, Annex VII technical files, Annex V declarations and remediation; SecuraCC analyses Protection Profiles, Security Targets, certificates and change impact. Their EUCC→CRA bridge links certification evidence to grounded CRA decision-support without issuing a certification or legal conformity verdict.

04

Ground the AI answer

Local document intelligence combines controlled retrieval, citations and fail-closed evidence gates. Cybersecurity and cryptography workflows add deterministic checks, grounded findings and expert review without relying on the model alone for assurance.

Research & development

Research becomes
product capability.

At securagen.ai P.C., deep academic expertise in AI, cybersecurity and privacy meets applied product engineering. Research becomes reusable controls, versioned software and testable releases — evaluated through adversarial scenarios, reproducible checks and clearly stated limits.

Our R&D programme includes technology covered by pending patent applications before the USPTO and the European Patent Office, spanning privacy-preserving offline AI and session-bound assurance for high-risk communications.
